I was given a present of Microsoft Office Professional a few years ago. That laptop is now redundant and I have a shiny new one. I have tried to install my Office Professional by using the product key code.
But it refuses to allow me to download. When I was given the present I used it to load onto two other computers, both of which are to do with work and have different email addresses. I am now using Office for a one month trial, but would like to have installed my Professional.
